Privacy Policy

Just Request stores only what an approval workflow needs: the request (action, target channel), the requester, the approver, the decision, and a timestamp. All data is partitioned by Slack workspace (team_id) and encrypted at rest. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

Data retention

Request history is retained for the lifetime of the installation. When you uninstall Just Request or revoke its token, all data for your workspace is deleted within 7 days.
